The Texas Rangers crushed the New York Yankees yesterday at New Yankee Stadium with the Rangers coming out on top 10 to 3. It was a solid match that aficionados with Rangers tickets won’t soon forget.
Rangers pitcher Derek Holland (2.61 ERA) got the win, while A.J. Burnett (7.50 ERA) took the loss for the Yankees. Tommy Hunter went 3.1 innings for the Rangers, allowed 5 hits, one home run and 3 earned runs with no walks and 5 strikeouts.
